Terms of Service

Welcome to Lovorise's Terms of Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and LOVORISE LTD, governing your access to and use of the Lovorise website, mobile application, and all related services, features, content, and technologies (collectively, the "Services").

Please read these Terms carefully before accessing or using the Services. By accessing, browsing, registering for, or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Community Guidelines, our Privacy Policy, and any additional policies or guidelines that may apply to specific features of the Services.

Lovorise is owned and operated by LOVORISE LTD ("Lovorise", "we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 15814939, with its registered office at 27 Old Gloucester Street, London, WC1N 3AX, United Kingdom.

Lovorise is a social networking platform that enables users to connect, communicate, share content, build communities, and participate in monetization features available through the Services. Eligible users may create and publish content, offer Monthly Subscriptions, provide Pay-Per-View (PPV) content, receive Tips, and use other monetization features made available by Lovorise.

Throughout these Terms:

"User," "you," and "your" refer to any individual or entity accessing or using the Services.
"Creator" refers to a user who creates, publishes, or monetizes content through one or more monetization features offered by Lovorise.
"Fan" or "Subscriber" refers to a User who purchases subscriptions, unlocks Pay-Per-View content, sends Tips, or otherwise supports a Creator through the Services.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Services.

LOVORISE RULES Before using the App, you need to register for an account. To create an account, you must: Be at least 16 years old or the age of majority required to legally enter into a contract under the laws of your home country if that age is higher than 16.

Be legally permitted to use the App according to the laws of your home country. Please note that we monitor for underage use and may terminate, suspend, or request verification of your account if we suspect you may be underage. You can create an account manually or by using your Gmail or Apple ID login details. For more information about the data we collect and how we use it, please refer to our Privacy Policy. Your private messages are protected using end-to-end encryption. For details on how we safeguard your chats and limit access, please refer to our Privacy Policy. Additionally, you are not allowed to use another person's account or share your account with anyone else without permission. Protecting the security of your account is your responsibility.

User Accounts and Account Security

Account Registration

To access certain features of the Services, you must create a Lovorise account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated at all times.

You may register using an email address, Google account, Apple ID, or any other authentication method supported by Lovorise. You are responsible for ensuring that the information associated with your account remains accurate and truthful.

Lovorise reserves the right to request identity or age verification at any time where reasonably necessary to comply with applicable laws, investigate suspected violations of these Terms, protect the safety of the platform, or prevent fraud.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to:

Create and maintain a strong, secure password where applicable.
Keep your login credentials confidential.
Take reasonable measures to prevent unauthorized access to your account.
Notify Lovorise immediately if you believe your account has been compromised, accessed without authorization, or otherwise subjected to a security incident.

Lovorise is not responsible for losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account or devices.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether performed by you or by another person using your credentials, unless such activity results solely from Lovorise's negligence or a security breach within our systems.

You must not:

Allow another person to access or use your account.
Share, sell, rent, lease, transfer, or otherwise provide access to your account without Lovorise's prior written permission.
Create an account using false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
Create an account on behalf of another person without lawful authority.
Circumvent account restrictions, suspensions, or bans by creating additional accounts.

If Lovorise reasonably believes that an account has been compromised, shared, fraudulently created, or used in violation of these Terms, we may suspend, restrict, or terminate the account without prior notice.

Verification

Lovorise may require users or creators to complete identity verification, age verification, payment verification, or other verification procedures before accessing certain features, participating in monetization programs, receiving payouts, or where otherwise required by law or our internal compliance procedures.

Failure to complete required verification may result in restricted access to certain Services or the suspension of applicable features until verification has been successfully completed.

Account Deletion

You may delete your Lovorise account at any time through the settings available within the Services or by contacting Lovorise Support.

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel active subscriptions purchased through Apple, Google Play, or other third-party platforms. You remain responsible for canceling recurring subscriptions through the applicable payment provider.

Account deletion may result in the permanent loss of your profile, content, messages, Wallet balance (where permitted by applicable law), and access to purchased or earned digital features, subject to these Terms and any applicable legal obligations requiring Lovorise to retain certain information.

Lovorise may retain limited account information following deletion where necessary to comply with applicable law, enforce these Terms, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, maintain security, or fulfill legitimate business purposes.

Acceptable Use and Prohibited Conduct

To maintain a safe, respectful, and trustworthy environment, you agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms, our Community Guidelines, and all applicable laws and regulations.

Compliance with Applicable Laws

You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and legal obligations when using the Services, including laws relating to privacy, intellectual property, consumer protection, anti-spam, taxation, sanctions, export controls, and online safety.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Services is lawful in your jurisdiction.

Respectful Conduct

You agree to interact with other users in a respectful, honest, and responsible manner.

You must not engage in conduct that:

Harasses, bullies, intimidates, threatens, stalks, or abuses another person.
Promotes violence, hatred, discrimination, or harassment based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, disability, age, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, or any other protected characteristic.
Encourages self-harm, criminal activity, or other unlawful conduct.
Invades another person's privacy or discloses confidential or personal information without authorization.
Misleads, deceives, or exploits other users.

Prohibited Activities

You must not use the Services to:

Impersonate another individual, business, organization, or public figure.
Create fake, misleading, or fraudulent accounts.
Circumvent account restrictions, suspensions, or enforcement actions.
Engage in scams, phishing, fraud, or deceptive practices.
Distribute spam, unsolicited commercial communications, chain messages, or misleading promotional content.
Artificially manipulate engagement, followers, subscriptions, Tips, Pay-Per-View purchases, views, rankings, recommendations, or any other platform metrics.
Use the Services to facilitate unlawful financial activity, including money laundering or fraudulent payment schemes.
Offer or promote illegal goods, services, or prohibited transactions.
Encourage users to complete payments or purchases outside the payment methods approved by Lovorise for content or services offered through the platform.

Platform Integrity

To protect the security and integrity of the Services, you must not:

Reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or attempt to discover the source code of any part of the Services, except where expressly permitted by applicable law.
Use bots, automated scripts, crawlers, scraping tools, browser extensions, artificial intelligence systems, or similar technologies to access, collect, copy, monitor, or extract data from the Services without Lovorise's prior written permission.
Introduce viruses, malware, ransomware, spyware, Trojan horses, worms, or any other malicious code.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, servers, databases, systems, networks, APIs, or security features.
Interfere with or disrupt the operation, security, performance, or availability of the Services.
Circumvent technical measures or security protections implemented by Lovorise.

Reporting and Safety Features

You must not misuse Lovorise's reporting, moderation, or safety tools.

This includes knowingly submitting false, malicious, repetitive, or fraudulent reports, appeals, copyright notices, payment disputes, or other complaints intended to harass another user or interfere with the operation of the Services.

Enforcement

Lovorise may investigate any suspected violation of these Terms or our Community Guidelines.

Where we reasonably believe that a violation has occurred, we may, at our sole discretion and in accordance with applicable law:

Remove or restrict content.
Issue warnings.
Restrict access to specific features.
Suspend or terminate accounts.
Suspend monetization privileges.
Withhold or recover earnings where permitted under these Terms.
Cooperate with law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
Take any other action reasonably necessary to protect the Services, our users, or third parties.

Failure by Lovorise to immediately enforce any provision of this section does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce these Terms at a later time.

TYPES OF CONTENT Certain types of content are not allowed on Lovorise. Our Community Guidelines, which form part of these Terms, explain what content and behavior are permitted on and off the App. By using Lovorise, you agree to comply with these Guidelines, which may be updated from time to time.

Content on Lovorise There are three types of content available on the App: Content you upload Content uploaded by other users Content provided by Lovorise, including databases, features, and software We encourage users to be authentic and express themselves freely on Lovorise. However, to keep the platform safe and respectful, some content is not permitted. Prohibited content We encourage people to express themselves freely on Lovorise. However, to maintain a safe, respectful, and lawful environment, certain types of content are not permitted. This includes content that: Is illegal or promotes, encourages, or facilitates any illegal activity Is harmful to minors Is defamatory, libelous, or misleading Infringes the rights of any third party, including intellectual property or privacy rights Depicts another person without their consent, or was created or shared without that person’s permission Contains language or imagery that is offensive or likely to harass, upset, embarrass, alarm, or annoy others Is obscene, pornographic, excessively violent, or otherwise offensive to human dignity Is abusive, insulting, threatening, discriminatory, or promotes or encourages racism, sexism, hatred, or bigotry Relates to commercial activities, including advertising, promotions, competitions, sales, links to external websites, or premium-rate services Involves unsolicited messages, bulk communications, or spam Impersonates another person or entity, or is intended to deceive, manipulate, or mislead others, including scams or inauthentic behavior Contains spyware, adware, viruses, corrupted files, worms, Trojan horses, or any other malicious code designed to disrupt, damage, interfere with, or gain unauthorized access to software, hardware, networks, servers, or data Otherwise violates our Community Guidelines. Lovorise reserves the right to remove content and take appropriate action against accounts that violate these rules.

Content Ownership, Copyright and Media Rights

Ownership of Content

Users retain ownership of the content they create, upload, post, publish, stream, or otherwise make available on Lovorise, including photographs, videos, audio, text, graphics, artwork, livestreams, Stories, profile content, and any other original material ("User Content").

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of User Content to Lovorise. The creator or rightful owner remains the owner of all applicable intellectual property rights.

License Granted to Lovorise

By uploading or publishing User Content on Lovorise, you grant Lovorise a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to host, store, reproduce, process, display, distribute, transmit, adapt, modify (solely for technical purposes such as formatting, compression, transcoding, translation, accessibility, or optimization), and otherwise use your User Content as necessary to operate, maintain, improve, promote, secure, and provide the Lovorise Services.

This license remains in effect for as long as your User Content is available on the platform and for any additional period reasonably necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce these Terms, maintain backups, or protect the integrity of the Services.

Your Rights and Responsibilities

You represent and warrant that:

You own the User Content you upload, or you have obtained all necessary rights, permissions, licenses, and consents to publish it.
Your User Content does not infringe or violate any copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other intellectual property or proprietary rights of any person or entity.
You are solely responsible for the content you publish and for any consequences arising from its publication.

Lovorise does not claim ownership of User Content and is not responsible for verifying ownership before content is uploaded.

Users must not upload, distribute, reproduce, sell, or otherwise make available content that infringes another person's copyright or other intellectual property rights.

If Lovorise reasonably believes that User Content infringes the rights of another person or violates these Terms, Lovorise may remove or disable access to the content without prior notice and may suspend or terminate the associated account.

Repeated copyright infringement or intellectual property violations may result in permanent removal from the platform.

Content Removal

Users may remove their own User Content at any time, subject to applicable laws and these Terms.

Even after content is deleted, Lovorise may retain copies for a reasonable period where necessary for backups, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, enforcement of these Terms, or other legitimate business purposes.

Reporting Copyright Violations

If you believe that content available on Lovorise infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, you may submit a copyright infringement notice to Lovorise containing sufficient information to identify the copyrighted work, the allegedly infringing content, proof of ownership or authority to act on behalf of the rights holder, and your contact information.

Lovorise will review copyright complaints in accordance with applicable law and may remove or restrict access to allegedly infringing material while the claim is investigated.

Creator Content and Subscriber Access

Content made available through Monthly Subscriptions, Pay-Per-View (PPV), Tips, Stories, Live Stories, Direct Messages (DMs), or any other monetized feature remains the intellectual property of the creator or the applicable rights holder.

When a user purchases a subscription, unlocks PPV content, or sends a Tip, the user receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view the purchased content solely for personal, lawful, and non-commercial use through the Lovorise platform.

Unless expressly authorized in writing by the creator or otherwise permitted by applicable law, users may not:

Copy, reproduce, record, download, archive, or store creator content.
Redistribute, publish, upload, transmit, stream, or publicly display creator content outside Lovorise.
Sell, sublicense, license, rent, lease, or commercially exploit creator content.
Modify, edit, create derivative works from, or manipulate creator content.
Remove or alter copyright notices, trademarks, watermarks, or other proprietary markings.
Share purchased or subscriber-only content with individuals who have not independently obtained lawful access through Lovorise.

Users remain responsible for ensuring that their use of creator content complies with these Terms and all applicable laws.

Creators are responsible for ensuring that they own, or have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, permissions, and consents to upload, distribute, monetize, and make available their content through Lovorise.

Lovorise reserves the right to remove content, suspend monetization privileges, terminate accounts, or take other appropriate action where it reasonably believes that content infringes intellectual property rights, violates these Terms, or is otherwise unlawful.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of creator content to subscribers, purchasers, or other users. All intellectual property rights remain with the creator or the applicable rights holder unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

Intellectual Property Infringement

Lovorise respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects all users to do the same. Users must not upload, publish, distribute, sell, transmit, or otherwise make available any content that infringes or violates the copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, privacy, publicity, or other intellectual property or proprietary rights of any person or entity.

Reporting Infringement

If you believe that content available on Lovorise infringes your intellectual property rights, you may submit a written notice to Lovorise requesting review and, where appropriate, removal of the allegedly infringing content.

Your notice should include, at a minimum:

A description of the intellectual property right that you claim has been infringed.
A description or URL of the allegedly infringing content sufficient for Lovorise to locate it.
Your full name and contact information.
A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the content is not authorized by the rights owner, its agent, or applicable law.
A statement that the information provided in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the rights owner.

Lovorise may request additional information or documentation to verify your claim before taking action.

Review and Removal

Upon receiving a valid infringement notice, Lovorise may investigate the reported content and, at its sole discretion, remove, disable access to, restrict, or otherwise take appropriate action regarding the allegedly infringing material.

Lovorise reserves the right to remove content without prior notice where it reasonably believes that the content infringes intellectual property rights, violates these Terms, or may expose Lovorise or its users to legal liability.

Counter-Notification

If your content is removed or restricted because of an intellectual property complaint and you believe the removal was made in error or that you have the legal right to use the content, you may submit a counter-notification containing sufficient information to support your claim.

Lovorise may review the counter-notification and determine, in its sole discretion and subject to applicable law, whether the content should be restored.

Repeat Infringers

Lovorise maintains a policy for addressing repeated intellectual property violations.

Users who repeatedly upload or distribute infringing content, submit fraudulent infringement notices, abuse the reporting process, or otherwise violate intellectual property rights may have their content removed, monetization privileges suspended, earnings withheld where appropriate, or their accounts temporarily suspended or permanently terminated.

Reservation of Rights

Nothing in these Terms limits Lovorise's right to investigate suspected intellectual property violations, cooperate with rights holders or law enforcement authorities, comply with applicable legal obligations, or take any other action reasonably necessary to protect the rights of Lovorise, its users, or third parties.

Monetization Features

Lovorise provides eligible users and creators with various monetization features that enable users to purchase digital content, financially support others, and earn revenue through the platform. Use of these features is subject to these Terms, any applicable Creator Policies, and compliance with all eligibility requirements established by Lovorise.

Wallet

Wallet Overview

Lovorise provides a digital Wallet that allows users to maintain a prepaid balance for eligible purchases and monetization activities within the platform.

Wallet funds may be used for eligible purchases, including Monthly Subscriptions, Pay-Per-View (PPV) content, Tips, and any other paid features supported by Lovorise.

Adding Wallet Balance

Users may add funds to their Wallet using supported payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, or any other payment methods made available by Lovorise.

The minimum amount that may be added to a Wallet using a credit or debit card is USD $5.00, unless Lovorise specifies a different minimum amount.

If a user's Wallet balance is insufficient to complete a Wallet-funded purchase or Tip, the user will be required to add funds before completing the transaction.

Wallet Transactions

Users may view their Wallet balance, deposits, purchases, Tips sent, Tips received, earnings, payouts, refunds, adjustments, and other monetization-related transactions through the Wallet section of their Lovorise account.

Wallet Funds

Wallet balances are non-transferable and may only be used for purchases and services available through Lovorise.

Except where required by applicable law, Wallet deposits are non-refundable once successfully processed.

Lovorise may suspend, adjust, reverse, or remove Wallet funds where necessary to investigate fraud, payment disputes, chargebacks, unauthorized activity, technical errors, violations of these Terms, or compliance with applicable law.

Monthly Subscriptions

Eligible creators may offer recurring monthly subscriptions that provide subscribers with access to exclusive content and other subscriber-only benefits.

Subscription prices are selected by the creator from pricing options supported by Lovorise and may be offered for up to USD $100.00 per billing period.

Subscriptions automatically renew until canceled by the subscriber in accordance with the applicable subscription terms.

Pay-Per-View (PPV) Content

Creators may make selected content available through Pay-Per-View ("PPV"), including but not limited to premium photos, videos, media, direct messages, or other digital content.

PPV content is purchased using the displayed monetary price rather than virtual currency. Payment must be successfully completed before access to the content is granted.

Unless required by applicable law, PPV purchases are final and non-refundable once the content has been unlocked.

Tips

Lovorise enables users to voluntarily support eligible creators and users by sending digital Tips as a gesture of appreciation.

Tips may be sent through supported platform features, including:

Creator profiles
Stories
Live Stories
Direct Messages (DMs)
Other eligible features introduced by Lovorise

The minimum tip amount is USD $0.01. Lovorise may display recommended Tip amounts; however, users may send any supported amount that meets or exceeds the minimum.

Tips are entirely voluntary and do not grant ownership rights, guaranteed responses, exclusive access, or any obligation for the recipient to provide additional content, services, or communication unless expressly stated.

Creator Earnings & Revenue Share

Eligible creators earn 85% of the eligible net revenue generated from Monthly Subscriptions, Pay-Per-View purchases, and Tips associated with their content and profile.

Lovorise retains 15% as a platform service fee for operating, maintaining, securing, and improving the platform.

Applicable payment processor fees, app store commissions, taxes, currency conversion fees, or other legally required deductions may be applied before payouts are calculated.

Lovorise reserves the right to modify revenue-sharing percentages or monetization programs at any time. Material changes will be communicated where required by applicable law.

Payment Providers

Lovorise uses independent third-party payment processors and financial service providers, including Stripe, to process payments, facilitate Wallet funding, process purchases, and issue creator payouts. We may add, replace, or discontinue Payment Providers at any time without prior notice where reasonably necessary for operational, legal, or business purposes.

By using Lovorise's monetization features, you acknowledge and agree that your payment transactions may be processed by one or more Payment Providers and are subject to the applicable terms, conditions, and privacy policies of those providers.

Payment Processing

When you make a purchase, add funds to your Wallet, purchase a Monthly Subscription, unlock Pay-Per-View (PPV) content, send a Tip, or receive creator payouts, your payment information may be processed by a Payment Provider rather than directly by Lovorise.

Lovorise does not store complete payment card information unless required for operational, legal, or regulatory purposes and supported by the applicable Payment Provider.

Payment Verification

To comply with applicable laws, prevent fraud, or protect the integrity of the Services, Lovorise or its Payment Providers may require additional identity verification, payment verification, anti-money laundering (AML) checks, know-your-customer (KYC) verification, sanctions screening, or other compliance procedures before processing certain transactions or issuing payouts.

Failure to complete any required verification may result in delayed, restricted, or canceled transactions or payouts.

Payment Failures

Lovorise is not responsible for payment failures, delays, or rejected transactions resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Declined payment cards.
Insufficient funds.
Bank processing delays.
Payment Provider outages.
Currency conversion issues.
Fraud prevention measures.
Technical failures outside Lovorise's systems.
Errors caused by inaccurate payment or payout information provided by the user.

If a transaction cannot be completed, Lovorise may cancel or suspend the transaction until the issue has been resolved.

Fees and Currency Conversion

Depending on your payment method, financial institution, Payment Provider, or location, additional processing fees, currency conversion charges, foreign transaction fees, taxes, or similar charges may apply.

Such fees are determined by the applicable Payment Provider or financial institution and are not controlled by Lovorise.

App Store Purchases

Subscriptions and purchases made through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or other authorized application marketplaces are also subject to the terms, billing policies, refund policies, and payment procedures of the applicable marketplace.

Lovorise does not control payment processing, billing disputes, subscription cancellations, or refunds handled directly by these marketplaces except where required by applicable law.

Reservation of Rights

Lovorise reserves the right to suspend, reject, reverse, delay, or cancel any payment, Wallet transaction, purchase, Tip, subscription, Pay-Per-View purchase, or payout where reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, comply with applicable law, respond to legal requests, enforce these Terms, or protect the security and integrity of the Services.

Payouts

Eligible creators may withdraw available earnings using supported payout methods provided by Lovorise.

Before receiving payouts, creators may be required to:

Meet Lovorise's eligibility requirements.
Complete identity verification (KYC), where applicable.
Provide accurate payout and tax information.
Maintain an account in good standing.

A valid payout method must be added and verified before earnings can be paid.

Lovorise may delay, suspend, adjust, or withhold payouts to investigate fraud, payment disputes, chargebacks, policy violations, technical errors, legal obligations, or suspicious activity.

Refunds & Chargebacks

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, Wallet deposits, Monthly Subscriptions, Pay-Per-View purchases, and Tips are final and non-refundable once successfully completed.

Payment disputes, chargebacks, and refund requests may be reviewed by Lovorise and the applicable Payment Provider. The Payment Provider's decision regarding payment processing may affect the availability of funds, Wallet balances, or creator payouts, subject to applicable law.

If a payment is reversed due to a chargeback, payment dispute, fraudulent transaction, unauthorized payment, or similar event, Lovorise may:

Recover the reversed amount from future creator earnings.
Suspend or delay payouts.
Adjust Wallet balances.
Restrict monetization features.
Suspend or terminate accounts involved.
Take any other action reasonably necessary to protect Lovorise, its users, or payment partners.

Fraudulent payment activity or abuse of the payment system may result in permanent suspension and additional legal action where appropriate.

Taxes

Users and creators are solely responsible for determining, reporting, and paying all applicable taxes, duties, or governmental charges arising from purchases or earnings made through Lovorise.

Where required by law, Lovorise or its payment providers may collect tax information, withhold taxes, or report earnings to the appropriate authorities.

Prohibited Monetization Activities

Users may not use Lovorise's monetization features for fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, unlawful, or misleading purposes.

Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

Artificially inflating Tips, subscriptions, PPV purchases, or engagement.
Using bots, fake accounts, or automated systems to generate earnings.
Manipulating payment systems or payout processes.
Engaging in fraudulent chargebacks or unauthorized payment activity.
Money laundering or other unlawful financial activity.
Selling or promoting illegal goods, services, or prohibited content.
Circumventing Lovorise's payment systems or platform fees.
Offering content or services in exchange for payments made outside the Lovorise platform.

By using Lovorise's payment features, you authorize Lovorise to share the information reasonably necessary to process payments, verify identity, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, and facilitate payouts with our Payment Providers in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Lovorise may investigate suspected violations and may suspend monetization privileges, recover improperly obtained funds, withhold earnings, remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, or cooperate with law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

Privacy and Data Processing

Your privacy is important to Lovorise. Our collection, use, storage, disclosure, and protection of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

You agree that Lovorise may process your information for purposes including, but not limited to:

Creating and managing user accounts.
Processing Wallet deposits, subscriptions, Pay-Per-View (PPV) purchases, Tips, creator earnings, and payouts.
Preventing fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, and other harmful activity.
Verifying identity, age, payment information, or eligibility where required.
Complying with legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, and reporting obligations.
Communicating with you regarding your account, purchases, security, support requests, or changes to the Services.

Where necessary to provide the Services, Lovorise may share relevant information with trusted third-party service providers, including payment processors, cloud hosting providers, analytics providers, identity verification providers, customer support providers, and other vendors acting on Lovorise's behalf. Account Suspension and Termination

Suspension or Restriction of Accounts

Lovorise is committed to maintaining a safe, secure, and trustworthy platform. We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations of these Terms, our Community Guidelines, applicable laws, or other Lovorise policies.

Where we reasonably believe that a violation has occurred, or where necessary to protect our users, the Services, or third parties, Lovorise may, with or without prior notice where permitted by applicable law:

Suspend or restrict access to your account.
Remove or restrict User Content.
Disable specific features of the Services.
Suspend or revoke monetization privileges.
Delay, suspend, or withhold Wallet transactions, creator earnings, or payouts while an investigation is conducted.
Require identity, age, payment, or account verification.
Take any other action reasonably necessary to protect the integrity, security, and lawful operation of the Services.

Grounds for Suspension or Termination

Lovorise may suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account if you:

Violate these Terms, our Community Guidelines, or any applicable Lovorise policies.
Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
Create fake accounts or impersonate another person or entity.
Engage in fraud, scams, payment abuse, money laundering, chargeback fraud, or other unlawful financial activity.
Upload or distribute illegal, infringing, or prohibited content.
Abuse the Services, including the use of bots, automated systems, scraping tools, or unauthorized access methods.
Circumvent enforcement actions, account restrictions, or platform security measures.
Threaten the safety, privacy, or rights of other users.
Use the Services in a manner that may expose Lovorise, its users, or third parties to legal, financial, or security risks.

Lovorise may also suspend or terminate accounts where required to comply with applicable law, regulatory obligations, court orders, or lawful requests from governmental authorities.

Effect of Suspension or Termination

If your account is suspended or terminated:

Your access to the Services may be limited or permanently revoked.
Your User Content may be removed, disabled, or become inaccessible.
Your monetization privileges may be suspended or permanently revoked.
Pending subscriptions, Pay-Per-View purchases, Tips, Wallet balances, creator earnings, or payouts may be delayed, adjusted, forfeited, or canceled where permitted by these Terms or applicable law.
You may lose access to purchased digital content or subscriber-only features where access depends upon an active account.
Lovorise may retain information relating to your account where required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, security, accounting, tax reporting, or other legitimate business purposes.

Account Deletion by You

You may stop using the Services and request deletion of your account at any time.

Deleting your account does not automatically:

Cancel recurring subscriptions managed through Apple App Store, Google Play, Stripe, or other third-party payment providers.
Entitle you to refunds for Wallet deposits, subscriptions, Pay-Per-View purchases, or Tips except where required by applicable law.
Eliminate outstanding legal or financial obligations arising before deletion.

Certain information may continue to be retained after account deletion in accordance with these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and applicable law.

Appeals

Where appropriate, Lovorise may provide users with an opportunity to appeal certain enforcement decisions.

Submission of an appeal does not guarantee reinstatement of an account, restoration of content, reversal of enforcement actions, or payment of withheld earnings.

Lovorise will review appeals in accordance with our internal procedures and applicable law.

Survival

Termination or expiration of these Terms does not affect any rights or obligations that by their nature are intended to survive termination, including provisions relating to intellectual property, payment obligations, Wallet transactions, creator earnings, indemnification, disclaimers, limitation of liability, dispute resolution, governing law, and any other provisions reasonably intended to survive.

Changes to the Services

Modifying or discontinuing existing features or functionality.
Updating the design, layout, or user interface of the Services.

Changing pricing, transaction limits, eligibility requirements, revenue-sharing models, or payment methods.
Implementing security improvements, fraud prevention measures, or technical updates.
Performing maintenance, repairs, upgrades, or emergency service interruptions.
Introducing beta, experimental, or limited-access features.

Lovorise does not guarantee that any feature, service, monetization program, or functionality will remain available indefinitely. Certain features may be modified, limited, suspended, or permanently discontinued without liability, subject to applicable law.

If a feature or paid service is permanently discontinued by Lovorise for reasons unrelated to your violation of these Terms, any refunds, credits, or other remedies will be handled in accordance with applicable law and, where relevant, the policies of the applicable payment provider or app marketplace.

Nothing in this section limits Lovorise's right to take immediate action where necessary to protect the security, integrity, availability, or lawful operation of the Services.

Availability of the Services

Lovorise strives to provide reliable and secure Services; however, we do not guarantee that the Services, or any part of them, will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free from delays, interruptions, or technical issues.

From time to time, the Services may be unavailable or experience reduced functionality due to scheduled maintenance, software updates, hardware failures, internet or telecommunications outages, security incidents, technical problems, third-party service interruptions, or events beyond Lovorise's reasonable control.

Lovorise reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice where reasonably necessary, to:

Creators participate in Lovorise's monetization features as independent users of the Services. Creators are solely responsible for:

Creating, publishing, and managing their own content.
Determining the pricing of eligible monetized content within the pricing options made available by Lovorise.
Complying with all applicable laws, regulations, licensing requirements, and tax obligations relating to their activities and earnings.
Obtaining all rights, permissions, licenses, and consents necessary to publish and monetize their content.
Responding to their subscribers or supporters where they choose to do so.

Creators act independently and are not authorized to represent Lovorise, make statements on Lovorise's behalf, enter into agreements for Lovorise, or otherwise bind Lovorise in any manner.

Participation in Lovorise's monetization programs does not guarantee income, audience growth, subscriptions, Tips, Pay-Per-View purchases, or any minimum level of earnings. Creator earnings depend on a variety of factors, including user engagement, content quality, pricing, compliance with these Terms, and other factors beyond Lovorise's control.

Creators are solely responsible for maintaining any business registrations, licenses, permits, insurance, or professional qualifications that may be required under the laws applicable to their activities.

Nothing in these Terms shall be interpreted as creating an exclusive relationship between Lovorise and any creator. Creators remain free to create, publish, or monetize content on other platforms unless otherwise prohibited by a separate written agreement with Lovorise.

Lovorise reserves the right to establish, modify, suspend, or discontinue creator programs, monetization features, eligibility requirements, revenue-sharing models, or participation criteria at any time in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

LOVORISE MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR QUIET ENJOYMENT.

WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, LOVORISE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT:

THE SERVICES WILL BE AVAILABLE AT ALL TIMES OR WITHOUT INTERRUPTION.
THE SERVICES WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE FROM VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
USER CONTENT OR CREATOR CONTENT WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, AUTHENTIC, OR RELIABLE.
USERS OR CREATORS WILL ACT LAWFULLY, HONESTLY, OR IN ACCORDANCE WITH THESE TERMS.
ANY USER WILL RECEIVE SUBSCRIPTIONS, TIPS, PAY-PER-VIEW PURCHASES, FOLLOWERS, AUDIENCE GROWTH, OR CREATOR EARNINGS.
ANY MONETIZATION FEATURE WILL REMAIN AVAILABLE OR CONTINUE WITHOUT MODIFICATION.
THE SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR INDIVIDUAL EXPECTATIONS OR REQUIREMENTS.

LOVORISE DOES NOT ENDORSE, VERIFY, GUARANTEE, OR ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR USER CONTENT, CREATOR CONTENT, OPINIONS, STATEMENTS, PRODUCTS, SERVICES, OR OTHER MATERIAL MADE AVAILABLE BY USERS THROUGH THE SERVICES.

YOUR INTERACTIONS WITH OTHER USERS, INCLUDING CREATORS, SUBSCRIBERS, SUPPORTERS, OR THIRD PARTIES, ARE SOLELY BETWEEN YOU AND THOSE PARTIES. LOVORISE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DISPUTES, OFF-PLATFORM INTERACTIONS, OR THE CONDUCT OF USERS.

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, YOU ASSUME ALL RISKS ARISING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE SERVICES.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any warranty that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE SERVICES.
USER CONTENT OR CREATOR CONTENT.
SUBSCRIPTIONS, PAY-PER-VIEW PURCHASES, TIPS, WALLET TRANSACTIONS, CREATOR EARNINGS, OR PAYOUTS.
PAYMENT FAILURES, CHARGEBACKS, PAYMENT PROCESSOR DECISIONS, OR THIRD-PARTY PAYMENT SERVICES.
UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO YOUR ACCOUNT OR DATA.
SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS, SECURITY INCIDENTS, OR TECHNICAL FAILURES.
THE ACTS OR OMISSIONS OF OTHER USERS OR THIRD PARTIES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF LOVORISE ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF:

(a) THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO LOVORISE DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM; OR

(b) USD $100.

THIS LIMITATION APPLIES REGARDLESS OF THE LEGAL THEORY UNDER WHICH THE CLAIM IS BROUGHT AND EVEN IF ANY REMEDY FAILS OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Lovorise, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, contractors, licensors, agents, and service providers from and against any claims, demands, actions, proceedings, damages, judgments, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to:

Your use of the Services.
Your User Content or Creator Content.
Your violation of these Terms, the Community Guidelines, or applicable law.
Your infringement or alleged infringement of any intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of a third party.
Your misuse of Wallets, Tips, subscriptions, Pay-Per-View content, creator earnings, payment systems, or monetization features.
Any fraud, negligent act, intentional misconduct, or unlawful activity committed by you.

Lovorise reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, and you agree to cooperate fully with Lovorise in the defense of such matters.

Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the Services or these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Where permitted by applicable law, the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services.

Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer protection rights available to you under the laws of your country of residence where such rights cannot lawfully be excluded.

Force Majeure

Lovorise shall not be liable for any delay, interruption, failure to perform, or inability to provide the Services where such delay or failure results from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Natural disasters, floods, fires, earthquakes, or severe weather.
War, terrorism, civil unrest, riots, or armed conflict.
Government actions, sanctions, embargoes, or changes in law.
Labor disputes, strikes, or industrial actions.
Internet failures, telecommunications outages, cloud service interruptions, or failures of third-party infrastructure.
Cyberattacks, distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks, widespread malware incidents, or other security events.
Failures of payment processors, banking systems, or financial networks.
Pandemics, epidemics, or public health emergencies.
Any other event beyond Lovorise's reasonable control.

Where reasonably practicable, Lovorise will use commercially reasonable efforts to resume normal operations as soon as circumstances permit.

Changes to These Terms

Nothing in these Terms creates any partnership, joint venture, employment, agency, fiduciary, or franchise relationship between you and Lovorise, except where expressly stated.
